About

Hermitage Farm is situated on the B5053 mid-way between the villages of Froghall and Ipstones in the fabulously picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands.  It is a 75 acre livestock farm.

On the farm there is around 6 acres of woodland and rough grassland that has been used by Cheadle Auto Club for competative trials for over 20 years.  The area has become very popular as a trialing practise venue, it is an ideal environment for the novice, intermediate, expert, youngsters and ladies and is available for practising or competitive trials at any time.

The terrain varies from steep drops & climbs, rocky outcrops, there are several disused quarry areas and fallen trees always create an added challenge.  There is also an ajoining grass field area for the less experienced.

Feel free to create your own sections or use the many already created.  Alternatively if you have any ideas which could improve any stages feel free to let us know as we have mechanical diggers and we are prepared to help make the area better and safer for you.

All riders under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult or two while in the woodland and it goes without saying that all cyclists wear protective helmets.

Additionally we can provide use of our pressure washer at the end of the day/weekend and secure lockable storage for bikes can also be provided.
